By downloading or using Caro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1) Use of the App

  • The App is for personal productivity use.
  • You agree not to misuse the App or engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.

2) Subscriptions & Payments

  • Premium features are offered via auto-renewable subscriptions. A free trial may be available.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account after any trial period.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Billing is handled by the Apple App Store.

3) Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the App Store policies. We do not issue refunds directly.

4) Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

6) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

7) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
