Use of Caro

You may use Caro to create carousel posts, collages, grids, and other visual content. You are responsible for how you use the app and for any content you create or share.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos, designs, and content you create using Caro. You must make sure you have the rights to use any photos, graphics, logos, or other materials you import into the app.

Templates and App Assets

Caro may include templates, stickers, graphics, design elements, and other creative assets. These are provided for use within the app and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used to create a competing product.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features, subscriptions, and purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Caro, copy the app’s creative assets without permission, attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with the service, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Caro at any time to improve the product, fix issues, or meet business and legal requirements.

No Warranty

Caro is provided as is. We work to keep the app reliable and useful, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hashone Tech LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of Caro.
